2. Consultation & Design Discussion
We will communicate closely with you to understand your preferences, budget, and stone options in order to bring your dream piece to life in the best way possible.

3. Quotation
Once all details have been discussed, a personalised quotation will be provided based on your chosen design, metal, and stone selections.

4. Deposit & Stone Sourcing
Should you wish to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to begin the process. Please note that deposits for natural stones may vary depending on the specific stone selected and supplier requirements. We will then secure your selected stone and begin creating a detailed digital design of your ring.

5. Digital Design Approval
You will receive a digital render showing exactly what your ring will look like before manufacturing begins. Once approved, production will commence.

6. Manufacturing
Your bespoke piece will then be carefully handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.

7. Final Payment & Delivery
Once your ring is complete, the remaining balance will be due prior to collection or delivery. Your finished piece will then be beautifully packaged and delivered to you.
