How long does the process take?

Each piece is custom made to order, therefore timelines can vary depending on the design, stone sourcing, and manufacturing requirements. On average, bespoke pieces generally take approximately 3–6 weeks from design approval. More intricate designs or specially sourced stones may require additional time. We will always keep you updated throughout the process.

How do deposits work?

A deposit is required in order to begin the process and secure your order. Once the deposit has been received, we will source and secure your stones (if applicable) and begin working on your digital design renders.

Please note:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or stones have been secured.

  • Deposit amounts for natural diamonds or rare gemstones may vary depending on the specific stone requirements.

Do you offer resizing?

Yes, we offer resizing services on many jewellery pieces. Resizing availability depends on the design and style of the ring. We also offer a range of jewelry maintenance services including polishing, cleaning, claw tightening, rhodium plating, and general repairs.

What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Both lab-grown and natural diamonds are real diamonds with the same physical, chemical, and optical properties. The main difference is their origin:

  • Natural Diamonds are formed naturally within the earth over billions of years.

  • Lab-Grown Diamonds are created in advanced laboratory environments and offer a more affordable alternative while still providing exceptional beauty and brilliance.

Lab-grown diamonds often allow clients to achieve a larger or higher quality stone within budget.

Do you provide digital renders before manufacturing?

Yes. Once your deposit has been paid and the design process begins, we create digital renders/CAD designs to show you exactly what your piece will look like before manufacturing starts. This allows you to approve the design or request adjustments before production begins.
